Why 90% don’t follow through!

Did you know that only 10% of people follow through with a program, book, fitness plan or something else they buy to help them improve their lives?

It’s not the lack of information that is the problem, there is more than enough information.

It’s the lack of taking the ACTIONS to follow through.

And the reason for many is that they link more pain to following through than not following through.

They haven’t gotten to the point in their lives that it’s more painful to not do it than doing it.

And we see this all the time with health and fitness.

Many Dads start a new fitness program, nutrition program, set new years resolutions.. and never follow through on them.

WHY?

Because it’s more painful to follow through than to not follow through.

It’s so much easier to just not change.

And many guys will start and end up quitting because it started getting hard, they started with the excuses and then it’s just easier to let it go and quit.

But some do follow through and get AMAZING results:

WHY? Because something in their life has made it more painful if they don’t follow through.

It could be:

  • Their kids are follow their bad example and are overweight.
  • They had a heart attack and their doctor said they have to lose weight or they won’t make it till they are 50.
  • They fear they won’t be around to see their kids grow up.
  • They lost a loved one that didn’t take care of themselves and they don’t want it to happen to them.
  • They’ve envisioned their future and they don’t like the looks of it.

So the key to following through with it this time is to bring up this pain and what it will cost you in the future if you don’t make these changes NOW!
